Engr Ezedozie, Ositadinma Charles was born 3 October, 1963 in Enugu, Enugu state. He hails from Oji River local government area of Enugu state.

He attended university of Nigeria, Nsukka June, 1984 for his B.Eng. (Hons), he had his secondary education at Corpus Christi college, Achi June, in 1979 were he got his WASC (Division 1), he had his primary school education at St. Theresa’s school, Umumba Achi June, 1974 FSLC (distinction).

He served in many capacities in various ministries ranging from
Borno Accelerated Development Area Programme, Potiskum – Jajere road, Borno state, Dimensions Eng. Ltd., Lagos, Costeck Eng. Ltd., Lagos and Federal Ministry of Works and Housing.
