RESPONSE:
The present rates represent only source of revenue on the tolled roads. There are other ancillary services to be developed along the tolled road Right of Way such as rest areas, restaurants, advertisement etc that would also generate revenue for investors. The approved tariff has provided the base for which investors will prepare their projections for taking up the HDMI roads
