Tolling has become necessary to supplement budgetary allocation for road maintenance amidst dwindling governments’ resources and other competing needs. Re-introduction of tolling will crowd in private sector resources that will enhance the improvement of existing road infrastructure and development of new roads. This will bring about the reduction in vehicular operating cost, turn around time and better comfort for road users
